Subkolektion: Choir The Bulgarian National Radio Children's Choir under the baton of Hristo Nedyalkov present the most popular Christmas songs like Jingle Bells, Silent Night, Holy Night, Oh Christmas Tree, as well as Bulgarian carols by Dobri Hristov, Angel Bukureshtliev, Petko Stainov, Marin Goleminov, etc. The songs by Hristo Nedyalkov with which several generations of Bulgarian children grew up are also very popular.
Hristo Nedyalkov, the well-known choral conductor, founded the Bulgarian National Radio Children's Choir in 1960. For a short time it established itself as one of the elite Bulgarian choirs because of its crystal sound, its incredible sense of style, content and mood of each song, its rich repertoire including works from different ages, from the 17th century up to modern time, both by Bulgarian and foreign composers. The choir's concerts in Bulgaria and around the world (the Children's Choir has performed in almost 30 countries) are a true festive occasion for the connoisseurs of the art of choral singing. The choir's success is due mainly to its chief conductor Hristo Nedyalkov and his talent to work with children. The famous choir expert communicates his experience and knowledge to students, choral conductors, music experts, guests from abroad and music teachers. This way his work with the Bulgarian National Radio Children's Choir becomes a true school for choral art.

Kolektion: Sacred MusicSubkolektion: Choir The first boys' choir in Sofia was founded in 1968. The idea of the founder Lilyana Todorova was to introduce a new model in the tradition of Bulgarian choral singing. Sofia Boys' Choir established itself quickly in Bulgarian choral art. Its repertoire has been especially varied after 1989, when conductor of the choir became Adriana Blagoeva. Members of the choir are boys aged between 8 and 15, who are trained by experienced teachers on a special curriculum. As many as 1500 children have been trained in the choir since its foundation. Its repertoire includes dozens of works composed between the 15th to the end of the 20th centuries and also embraces works by Bulgarian composers. The choir has always won prestigious prizes when participating at international competitions and festivals and its concerts have been loudly applauded both by the audience and the critics. The choir's conductor, Adriana Blagoeva, graduated from the Pancho Vladigerov State Academy of Music in Sofia majoring in choral conducting. She has worked actively for the choir's fame as a serious choral ensemble of high quality, capable of interpreting works ranging from songs to oratorios.

Kolektion: Sacred MusicSubkolektion: Choir A young Bulgarian bass singer has been recently having spectacular success at the biggest opera stages throughout the world. Critics compare him to Samuel Ramey and other opera singers, but they always stress on the slight Slavonic edge to his voice. Orlin Anasatssov is only 26 years old but the list of roles he has sung is amazing: Ramphis in Aida, Filippo II in Don Carlos, Basilio in Il Barbiere di Siviglia, Ferrando in Il Trovatore, the bass parts in Somnambula and Norma, La Boheme, Rigoletto, Puritani, Ernani, Macbeth, Attila, Simoe Boccanegra, Faust, etc. - all of them difficult roles, sung by only a few opera singers. He has participated at Covent Garden in London, the Paris Grand Opera, La Scala in Milan, Teatro Liceu in Barcelona, Dusseldorf, Arena di Verona, Teatro Real in Madrid, Rome, Karlsruhe, Toulouse, Amsterdam, Washington, Trieste, Palma de Mallorca, Puerto Rico, Lima in Peru, Palermo … It is impossible to mention all opera theatres and towns which he has visited as guest singer. Among the conductors he has worked with are the names of Sir Colin Davis, Georges Pretre, Mark Elder, Daniel Oren, Riccardo Chailly. Along with opera singing, Orlin Anastassov is also attracted to singing Orthodox chants and just as the great singer Boris Christoff, he also indulges in studying church music. This programme is a result of this. The booklet of the CD includes the texts to the chants in three languages: Church-Slavonic, Bulgarian, and English.
Neofit, Metropolitan of Rousse writes in the CD booklet: "Orlin is a new and precious pearl of Bulgarian opera art, a cause of praise for the town of Rousse and Bulgaria. With admiration and indebtedness he dedicates his present work to the 90th anniversary of the birth of the unforgettable Boris Christoff. And with his youthful zeal for the boundless heights of art he recalls to us the flight of the eagle…".

Kolektion: Sacred MusicSubkolektion: Choir Father Pierucci's first cantata to words by Regina Derieva, "Via Crucis" was described as "a major find" and " a remarkable work" by critics. Pierucci writes in a tonal and very listenable style but with a distinctive voice of his own, and this new work, using a chamber ensemble rather than organ, takes as its basis a short, haunting motif, used in variation form in all the movements. This work, like "Via Crucis" is highly recommended to choirs and choral societies.
